Viewing and understanding your royalty statement

Every month, statements will be generated in the portal to understand past months' earnings. 

In order to access your statements, log into the portal and click "Transactions" in the left sidebar. This page will present a list of transactions, including statements (royalty earnings) and expenses (use of your advance). In the top right, the "Balance" will represent your earnings minus your expenses. If you have not yet recouped your advance, this number will be negative.

• View details, which will give you an in-portal look at the total revenue from this reporting period, broken down revenue type (streaming, radio, etc.). See reference photo below.

• Visualize, which will present a series of charts outlining what tracks, services, channels, and more are generating revenue.

• Download summary, which will download an HTML file of your statement.

• Download details, which will download an exhaustive zipped CSV file of all revenue information for the given period, including gross revenues before distribution fees and master splits (in column "Gross Revenue in USD."

• Get link, which will provide a link which can be used to download an HTML file of your statement.
